You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or request an exchange.

2. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We only accept items that have not been worn, washed, or altered.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Specific Policy for Kids' Electric Vehicles

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene, safety regulations, and the complex logistics of large-scale battery-operated products, all Kids' Electric Ride-On Cars and Motorcycles are considered Final Sale. These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Quality Guarantee:

We take great pride in the quality of our products. While we do not accept returns for "change of mind," we fully protect our customers against manufacturing defects. If your electric vehicle arrives damaged or with missing parts, you must contact us at [info@sweetdreamsfamily.ca] within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and videos. We will work closely with our Canadian suppliers to provide a replacement or a suitable resolution immediately.

4. Return Shipping Costs
