Product Returns

If you have received a product and wish to return it, please follow these steps:

 * Packaging: Carefully repackage the product in its original condition, including all accessories and documentation.
 * Shipping: Ship the product back to us using the provided return address and RA number. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent).

Refund Processing:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it for damage or missing components. Once verified, we will process your refund to the original payment method within ASAP.

Exceptions:

Damaged or Defective Items:
